Came to this location at 312 on a Sunday when it states they should be open till 8:00 p.m. employee came to the door inside door was locked he said they were closed. Very inconvenient
The worst experience ever trying to buy brakes/rotors. I have had to go back 2 days in a row because they sold me the wrong parts. I call to explain the situation and the young lady hung up on me. I wasn’t rude or combative. Frustrated but remained respectful. She then goes on to blame me that I was doing something wrong by not searching by the VIN or plate number, when I was never asked that or given that option. The cashier checked and pulled the parts and on top of that I had to travel to 2 different stores to get the parts. Very unsatisfying experience.
The overworked / underpaid staff was excellent. What they are getting paid it is earned based on their level of Excellence & knowledge.
Just stopped by for a gas can and they wanted 27 dollars. They snapped
First off hours on google and the hours that are posted in the window at the store are not the same. Google says the store opens from 7:00am-9:00pm but the hours in the window at the store says 7:30am-9:00pm. Either way they’re LYING I went this location THREE times during “business hours” (6:45pm the first time 7:50am the next day and 3:35 later on that same day) and the doors were locked!! No associates in site no customers in the store at all so don’t think for a second they might’ve been at store capacity due to COVID! All the customers were waiting outside!!. All the lights in the store were on so you can tell someone was still there but for whatever reason they had the doors locked. I sat outside for about 15 minutes each time calling the store phone banging on the windows no one ever came. This is such an inconvenience and extremely unprofessional. I recommend calling before you go just to save you some time.
Ordered some wax on online for pick up in store on Black Friday. This isn't the store I usually frequent, but due to others selling out, I ordered for pickup here. They also ran out of stock and couldn't initially fulfill my order. However, they were extremely willing to do whatever they could to help and offered to transfer it to another store or order extra of the product for the next day specifically for my order. I was able to pick up my order the next day and spoke to a very friendly employee that brought out my order for contactless pickup. Will definitely frequent again if my normal store is out of stock. Thank you to your employees.
I've lived in the area for decades and, being knowledgeable enough to do all mechanic work to my own vehicles, I've visited many different Advance Auto Parts stores over the years. I can't say for sure, because I obviously haven't been to every Advance Auto on the face of the earth, but I'm extremely confident that this Advance Auto is a very good competitor for the worst Advance Auto Parts store in existence. Even though I only live three blocks away, I intentionally avoid this place at all costs and will travel further just to stay away from this place. Their customer service is consistently (more often than not) terrible and the last time I visited this place, the staff member either lied to me about spark plugs on a common GM vehicle or simply had no idea what he was doing and gave me false information which really set me back in the work I was doing. I will never visit this place again in order to avoid the likely headache of having to deal with them.
